At the core of my heart, I feel pressure building and ready to break forth, no...burst forth into what I am sure is an outpouring of love unlike anything my human mind has ever known. The pressure is so strong, it actually feels like pain but I know the pain is really just a wall that has been in place so long...blocking me from the realization of who and what I am, pure love and true happiness. Today I see this pain for what it truly is, a wall of separation that I am facing right now and saying, wall..be gone! Wall, today I am bringing you down and I am allowing all the love and all the beauty I possess inside to break forth right now, and so it is! I am love!

At my core, I am Love
I am free from all barriers that once blocked me from seeing who I AM as Love
I am free to Be Love and to share the Love that I AM freely
I see the Love that I AM in everyone and in everything
I am shifting into Love and in each and every moment I am transmitting Love
I AM Love, and So it is!
